50ml penguin Crossing London Dry Gin
150ml Premium tonic water
Twist of fresh lime (to garnish)

METHOD

Fill a highball glass with ice
Add Penguin Crossing London Dry Gin
Top with chilled, premium tonic water
Lift from the bottom of the glass with a stirrer to gently combine together
Garnish with a twist of fresh lime
